BioWare has surprised fans by releasing a free weapon appearance DLC for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. This limited-time offer, Rook’s Weapons Appearance Offer, is available exclusively for PC players. Anyone who owns the game or buys it before April 9, 2025, can claim the content at no extra cost.
What’s Inside the Free DLC?
The new Watchful weapon appearance set includes five unique designs:
- Watchful Blade – A sinister sword with eerie engravings
- Watchful Maul – A heavy weapon glowing with dark energy
- Watchful Poniard – A dagger that radiates an unsettling presence
- Watchful Bow – A twisted bow with an eldritch theme
- Watchful Shield – A haunting shield with ominous details

How to Claim the Free DLC
PC players can unlock the Rook’s Weapons Appearance Offer by logging into the game before April 9, 2025. New buyers will also receive the DLC automatically when they purchase Dragon Age: The Veilguard within this period.
